• 2 cups Finding  Home Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix
• 1 1/2-2 cups cold water
• 2 beaten eggs
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

• Mix the flour and water.
• Fold in 2 beaten eggs and oil.
• Bake at once on a greased hot waffle iron.
