Clark & Hopkins is a company based out of Richmond, Virginia - "a foodie and craft beer mecca." They craft culinary sauces that are great to cook with and recipes that are super quick, delicious and only require a couple of ingredients to whip up an exotic meal.

Clark + Hopkin's Virgina Pepper Sauce is inspired by an 1850's Virginia BBQ recipe with peaches, peanuts, jalapeños, habaneros and rye whiskey. It makes an excellent steak sauce and works flawlessly with ribs, burgers, and pulled pork sandwiches or tacos!
