Due to social distancing guidelines, business like ourselves have temporarily changed several of the ways we operate. In an effort to streamline this information for our customers, we have created this Frequently Asked Questions Page to cover our temporary changes and easily communicate this information to our customers. Check our blog more updates from us!

1. TEMPORARY HOURS

Effective March 31st, 2020, we will be operating under a new set of temporary hours.

We will now be open:
Mon-Sat: 12pm-7pm
Sunday: 12pm-5pm.

Can’t make it during these new hours? Let us know & we can schedule a time that works for you. Don't forget we also offer curbside pickup, delivery, and shipping!

Aside from the individual wines we'll periodically add, our innovative “6 for $60” program features hundreds of labels of the latest wines under-$15.00 - where you can mix and match any 6 bottles for $10 each! Now you can purchase them from the comfort of your home for curbside pickup, delivery, or shipping! Want something you don't see listed? Let us know and we'll add it to your order.

Our shelves are lined with hundreds of beer labels, with a focus on American Craft and quality import beers, that can be mix and matched to build your own 6 pack!

    • In the  the "Special instructions for Seller" section in your shopping cart please include your: phone number, address, preferred time for delivery or pickup, and any preferences or desired selections you have.
    • At checkout, please be sure to choose which method you would prefer to receive your wine:
      • Curbside Pickup - Free
      • Delivery - Rates Vary
      • Shipping - Rates Vary
    • Shipping and delivery rates will be calculated after you checkout. We will call you to discuss rates and proceed with shipping or delivery. Additional fees may apply.
    • We will call to confirm when your order is ready for pickup. 
    • You must be present in order for us to deliver and/or when receiving a shipment.
    • We will do our best to accommodate requests and time slots.

    5. WAYS TO HELP OUR COMMUNITY

    Are you making homemade supplies to help our community handle the spread of coronavirus? Wine Gourmet is now a designated drop-off location for anyone that is and wants to donate!📥

    If you haven’t heard, there’s a local volunteer group called “Maskers Task Force – Southwest Virginia” that, in partnership with Cheri Hartman, President of The Kiwanis Club of Roanoke Virginia, are making homemade supplies considering the shortage of PPE. Although none of us here are handy with a sewing machine, we want to help their mission and prove the strength of this community.
