Un Americano A Bologna Cocktail Recipe

YIELD: 1 Cocktail    ACTIVE TIME: 5 minutes  TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

Ingredients

• 50 ml Marendry (or Campari)
• 20 ml red vermouth
• 5 ml Amarena Fabbri Syrup
• 30 ml soda water

To Garnish

• orange twist
• Amarena Fabbri

Instructions

1. Pour 5ml of the syrup the cherries come in into a glass and fill with remaining Marendry, Red Vermouth, and Soda Water.
2. Stir and strain over ice.
3. Decorate with an orange twist and two cocktail cherries on a pick.
