Medmont Mercantile Rum Strawberry Dip Recipe

YIELD: About 16oz    ACTIVE TIME: 10-15 minutes     

Ingredients

• 1, 8oz block of cream cheese
• ½ bottle of Medmont Mercantile Rum Strawberry Topping

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and about 1/2 a bottle of the Medmont Mercantile Rum Strawberry Topping.
2. In a mixer or using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and preserves until light and fluffy (about 10 minutes).
3. Chill until ready to serve.
4. Serve with pretzels, dessert cookies, etc!
