After being laid off by her job without another on the horizon, Sue Charney decided to pass the time by making candy. It wasn’t long before neighbors were inquiring about her candy for their customers, and thus Red Rocker Candy was born. Moving from California to Virginia, just outside of Charlottesville, Sue and her husband began this adventure in 2002 and Red Rocker Candy can now be found in stores just like ours all around the nation.
