Tasting Notes:

  • La Gioiosa Prosecco
    • Very pale straw yellow and a fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden appie and small mountain flowers. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste. Excellent aperitif to accompany savouries. Ideal with steamed shellfish.
  • Walnut City 2016 Willamette Valley Riesling
    • The 2016 Willamette Valley Riesling shows lovely off-dry approachability and a medley of exciting aromas and flavors. Pineapple, dried apricot and shredded coconut mingle in all its happy tropical glory! Expect a generous, round mouthfeel from the extended skin contact followed by a lifting tick of acidity on the finish.
  • Walnut City 2018 Willamette Valley Pinot Gris
    • Refreshing, bright, and dry – the 2018 vintage of our Pinot Gris personifies this classic Willamette Valley mainstay. Favoring a spectrum that emphasizes elegance and friendliness over width and weight, our Pinot Gris is casual but smartly capable of complimenting a range foods. From simple oven-roasted chicken to spicy Indian or Thai dishes, this wine is as versatile as it is delicious.
  • Walnut City 2018 Willamette Valley OPN Pinot Noir
    • OPN is a wine born only in the years of abundance – when Mother Nature provides us with the ability to craft a declassified tier of our Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. In an effort to accentuate its bright energy and vigor, OPN relies entirely on stainless steel aging. Pinot purists and casual wine lovers will enjoy the food-friendly approachability and Willamette Valley typicity.
  • Walnut City 2016 Willamette Valley Reserve Pinot Noir
    • Each year our Walnut City Reserve represents the best of the cellar and the 2016 vintage delivered profoundly generous, well-structured Pinots. A dense, structured nose of dark cherry, strawberry compote and raspberry bramble compliments the similarly generous palate. In this warmer vintage we are grateful for the secondary herbal, floral and earth notes. Youthful acid and tannin add complexity. The vineyards that comprise the 2016 Reserve are contributing harmoniously, with no dominant personalities. The end result is an exciting, representative Willamette Valley Reserve from a benchmark vintage. *Limited Production of 450 Cases
  • La Gioiosa Moscato Frizzante
    • Pale straw yellow with a fine, delicate perlage; intensely fruity and aromatic bouquet reminiscent of exotic fruit. Sweet and round in the mouth, with a persistent, pleasant fruit aftertaste. It is ideal with fruit pies and creamy millefeuille cake.

  • Luc Belaire Rare Rosé
    • Made in Provence, France, Belaire Rosé is the No. 1 French Rosé in America. Aromas of fresh strawberry and blackcurrant, an elegant effervescence, and a striking deep pink color combine to make Luc Belaire Rosé a uniquely exquisite experience, with a perfect harmony of aroma, taste, body, and finish. The iconic black glass bottle, with timeless painted décor, is instantly recognizable around the world. Luc Belaire Rosé makes for a great aperitif, digestif, or food-pairing with cheeses, shellfish, and smoked fish.
  • Skeleton Grüner Veltliner
    • Fresh, fruity, and above all, food-friendly, our Grüner Veltliner ("Gru-Vee" for short) shows off the charms that make the grape Austria's favorite white wine varietal. A racy wine with explosive fruit flavors, a light mineral undercurrent, and a full, expansive finish.
  • Carpe Diem Anderson Valley Chardonnay
    • Fresh, savory aromas of baked apple and spice with bright citrus and melon. Clean flavors of green apple, ginger and lime. Creamy texture with salty-savory acidity; possesses great balance and weight on the palate. This Chardonnay will pair beautifully with grilled cod, roasted herb chicken, pasta alfredo, and blue cheese or Bleu d'Auvergne.
  • Skeleton Malbec
    • An enticing Malbec with aromas of violet and plum, alongside secondry notes of blackberry jam and dark fruits. A burst of rich, fresh fruit on the palate, vibrant acidity, and a touch of oak, followed by a long, lingering finish.
  • Hahn Family Wines Central Coast GSM Blend
    • Enticing aromas of strawberry, black cherry, white pepper and cinnamon. On the palate, notes of raspberry, a hint of cinnamon spice, along with strawberry and black cherry. Finishing with a smooth and luscious mouth feel. Pair with BBQ beef, Italian sausage with sweet and sour peppers, grilled mushrooms, aged or hard cheese.
  • Ramos Pinto Late Bottle Vintage Estate Grown Porto
    • Lively, deep and concentrated color, yet rather opaque. Young aroma of red fruits where the first impact is of black plum, cherry and red currant. This bouquet is found in perfect harmony with hints of rose and black pepper. This wine stands out due to its freshness and balance, with notes of cedar, eucalyptus and red fruit which deliver notorious complexity in the mouth. Silky tannins and a long finish. Goes well with game dishes, red meat, cheese soufflé, Serra cheese or other fatty cheeses and chocolate desserts. Serve between 15º and 18ºC. Store the bottle horizontally in a cool, dry place, away from the light.
