Parés Baltà is a family owned winery in Barcelona, Spain whose origins go back to 1790. Today the company is run by two brothers, the 3rd generation, with the help of their father and wives. Together, they produce high quality wines and cavas with grapes hailing from 5 estates with varying altitudes. These estates mean they have a large variety of microclimates that lend a unique personality to each of their wines.
