From the Winemakers
Our Pinot Noir is a wine we are always very proud of coming out of the cellar. It would be very easy with how popular our Cab is to think of as just a Cab house, but trust us we take our Pinot very seriously. Leaning into a more burgundian expression we always lean towards a more savory expression. All of the fruit this year was destemmed to retain purity, with extended barrel age time to let the wine find its feet. 5% of the barrels used in this were new french, otherwise they were neutral french oak.

Tasting Notes
Fragrant hyacinth, earthy hen of the woods mushroom, and crushed green peppercorn lead into juicy raspberry
and red fruit. Warm baking spices mingle with fresh thyme for a savory, spice-kissed finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
