Blue Henry Dehydrated Grapefruit Half Slice

Dehydrated Grapefruit in Half Slice from BlueHenry Grapefruit is a favorite for mixologists for it’s fresh, bright, zesty flavor and rich color. Our Dehydrated Grapefruit adds a beautiful garnish and distinct grapefruit flavor to any recipe or cocktail and come in a 3 ounce package with about 20+ slices. We expertly dehydrate fresh pink grapefruit at peak ripeness and at a low temperature to lock in the fresh grapefruit flavor and to maintain a rich, pink color. Easily create impressive cocktails with this beautiful dried grapefruit garnish. These half slices have a long shelf life of 12 months. Each slice is crisp, but will rehydrate and become soft when exposed to moisture. Add a decorative garnish to cocktails, or add to your favorite dessert and baking recipes. As with all our dehydrated fruit garnishes, our Dehydrated Grapefruit Slices are all natural, meaning no added sugar and no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners, or preservatives.
