Tasting Notes:
- Mezza di Mezzacorona Bubbly
- Intense aromas of fresh fruits like red apple, pear, white peach & melon, & delicate pineapple with an elegant note of wild mountain rose. On the palate soft mousse, persistent bubbles and smooth acidity.
- Matchbook Wines Black’s Station Chardonnay
- Beautiful aromas of stone fruit, brown sugar, toast & cream followed by broad flavors of melon, custard & sweet fruit. Rich mouthfeel and a finish that lingers with a hint of oak.
- Matchbook Wines The Arsonist Chardonnay
- A beautiful golden straw color with aromas of crème brûlèe, butterscotch, brown sugar & vanillin oak. Dense flavors of pear, mango & pineapple balanced over creamy buttery notes and toasty oak.
- Matchbook Wines Black’s Station Cabernet Sauvignon
- Vibrant fruit characters that explode from the glass are backed by hints of tobacco & chocolate aromas. Flavors of blackberry, boysenberry, cassis & mocha. Elegant and smooth with a rich finish of sweet oak and cocoa.
- J. Lohr Pure Paso Proprietary Red Wine
- This J. Lohr Pure Paso Proprietary Red Wine highlights our house-style which is acclaimed for it’s dense and focused fruit signature coupled with a soft approachable palate. A duality of flavors entwining savory characters and overt blackberry notes.
- Terra D'Oro Zinfandel Port
- Terra d'Oro Zinfandel Port displays aromas of raisined berry fruit, sugared dates, chocolate, caramel and orange peel. The wine's rich, lush, grapy flavors also evoke raisin, cocoa, coffee and toffee.
- Miquel Pons Brut Cava
- Fine and gentle bubbles. Persistent aromas of mature tropical fruits. Smooth flavors of brioche bread and almonds with a well-integrated and creamy sparkle.
- Karl Josef Piesporter Michelsberg Riesling Spätlese
- This Riesling displays aromas and flavors of candied pears and apples. Lush, rich and expressive with intense fruit and a long flavorful finish. Medium-bodied.
- Brandborg Pinot Gris
- The wine is a pale golden color. The aromas of this wine are dominated by bright green apple, with summer wildflowers and a touch of fresh mown hay. There is a bit of white peach and lemon curd that comes with airing. The mouthfeel is yummy, but not cloying, with a pleasingly tart finish.
- Don Silvestre Malbec
- Aroma of red fruits, plum and ripe cherry, interwoven with animal and vegetable notes. In the mouth it is of good body, round, with good astringency, of soft tannins and pleasant end.
- Domaine du Serre des Vignes, Grignan-les-Adhémar Secret de Syrah
- The nose is intense, with beautiful spicy notes, black fruits, blueberry, & blackberry. The mouth is concentrated, while remaining elegant, with a nice acidity, giving a great freshness, which mixes with fine and melted tannins, as well as a nice sweetness.
- 499 Moscato D’Asti
- One of the few, if not the only, organically certified Moscato d’Asti in the region. Aromas of delicate sage, mint, and apple hints blend with delicate bubbles.
