VINIFICATION

Essentially handpicked, totally destemed with fortnight macerating and temperature control, daily winding and shedding, respecting the fruit.

TASTING NOTES

This wine has a pretty clear and shiny garnet colour. Fresh red fruits and crushed strawberry peppery notes on the nose. Round and supple palate, light and silky tannins for a fruity and easy drinking wine with a lingering finish.
