From the Winemakers
The magic of our Cabernet Sauvignon is always how seemlessly it ends up coming all together. Working with different ranches around Paso, they all bring their own idiosyncrasies leading to a wine full of refreshment and complexity. All the picks are based off of a combination of taste, acidity, and the health of the vines. We never want to feel as though we are manufacturing a wine, but instead shepherding the vintage. 2025 is exactly just that, a wine with no pretense, just an insight into what the season was like.
