Born on clay-limestone soils typical of the Côte Chalonnaise, this Burgundy seduces with its purity of expression. Precise nose of red fruits (morello cherry, raspberry), floral touches and slightly spicy nuances. On the palate, the balance is remarkable: supple attack, fine tannins, fresh structure and persistent finish. A chiselled wine, to be opened with a rabbit with mustard or a piece of roasted veal.
