The Sablés Coco are golden‑brown, crumbly biscuits made from sweet shortcrust pastry, traditionally prepared by rubbing cold butter into flour and sugar so the butter coats each grain, creating a melt‑in‑your‑mouth texture.  The coconut version adds real grated coconut (about 8.5%) for a light, tropical crunch.
