Early Mountain Virginia Sparkling Brut NV
This is a non‑vintage, traditional method sparkling wine crafted at Early Mountain Vineyard in Quaker Run, Virginia. The base wine blends Chardonnay (first fruit from each vintage) with a portion of Pinot Gris co‑fermented in 2019 for textural balance. It is fermented in 70% stainless steel and 30% neutral oak, then aged 31 months on lees with no dosage. The winemaker notes that the majority of the base comes from 2020, with some over‑vintaged wine from 2017.
